Enjoy a fun filled day on Evolution to the Outer Great Barrier Reef for snorkelling, sun bathing and and loads of fun. Then take to the skies with a 10 minutes scenic helicopter ride from our exclusive pontoon before cruising back to Cairns.
Down Under Cruise & Dive Evolution is a large sleek modern vessel. Evolution provides above all a superior ride out to the Reef. And further more will take you to their exclusive Reef locations. And most importantly their Professional, friendly and attentive crew ensures a safe and enjoyable fun-filled experience.
SNORKELLING & SCENIC FLIGHT
You will be Snorkelling at 2 exclusive Reef locations. And is included in our base price however you can upgrade the adventure and add a Introductory dive or Certified dive.
At the second reef location, You will be taking to the air with Nautilus Aviation from their pontoon from Hastings reef. Experience the sheer size and beauty of the Great Barrier Reef. And gain a true appreciation of one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Sightings of manta rays, turtles and other marine life are not uncommon on the scenic flight. And if you’re flying with us in the winter months there is even a chance of spotting whales.
With your feet back on the boat, you can squeeze in another snorkel or kick back on a beanbag and relax. And Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and a snack as well as our bar facilities onboard as we cruise back to Cairns.

Itinerary
- 7:15AM: Firstly Check-in at the Reef Fleet Terminal – 1 Spence St, Cairns
- 8.00AM: Evolution departs Cairns to its first location
- 11:30AM: Enjoy a BBQ buffet lunch onboard
- 1:00PM: Evolution arrives at its second location for your 10-minute Helicopter Flight and more snorkelling
- 3:00PM: Evolution departs for Cairns
- 4:30PM: Evolution arrives back in Cairns
Extras: – Additional $20pp fuel levy and administration costs must be paid prior to travel direct to the tour operator.
